Foreign Patient or International Service

Communication is the most important part of our service. Our international coordinators are available for translation of several foreign languages in case the patient is not comfortable with the English language. The also assist in contacting the embassy or the relatives of the patient in their home country when the need arises.

Our International Department has interpreters in 4 languages with Interpreters available for English, Japanese, French and Thai.

The International service does not stop at just translation, we are happy to provide:

• Daily service 7.00 a.m. – 17.00 p.m. and 24 hour translator on call service is available
• 24 hour Hotel Call service is available, where the Doctors can visit you in your room
• Medical home care assistant (Home Health Care)
• Worldwide insurance assistance
• Hotel reservation
• Embassy liaison and Immigration Services
• Advance appointment booking
• General inquiries by e-mail and/or telephone
• Tour arrangements are also available upon request
• Private room for your hospitalization at international ward
