“Abdominal Pain” is normal pain that is occurred to anybody but if one does not notice very well, it might be deep pain and causes serious health problem.
Abdominal Pain from appendicitis is serious pain from navel down to lower right abdomen. The initial pain is periodically occurred around navel similar symptom to peptic ulcer. It might be feeling like running stomach but without faeces. There are some symptom which are similar to Appendicitis: inflammation of intestinal lymph node; pregnancy outside womb; breakage of hydro sacks or blood sacks in ovary; uterus wing inflammation; inflammation of gallstones on right ureter
Paediatrics and Appendicitis
There is possibility of appendicitis in paediatrics and it is difficult to diagnose because the symptoms are not obvious and are similar to the other stomach pain. Also children are not able to tell the symptoms as clearly as adults.
The obvious symptoms begin with abdominal pain around navel. The pain is increasing in the following hours and moved to lower right abdomen (the most frequency area that found pain). Besides, there are symptoms of food refusal, queasy, and followed by vomit.

Treatment: There is only one treatment which is operation.
