(7^th floor, standard room, 4 nights and ICU recovery, 1 night)

The package includes following fee

1. Physician: such as surgeons, anesthetists
2. Room for 4 nights: such as room rate, room service, nursing, meal
3. Operation room: such as operation room, recovery room
4. LAB analysis: such as concentrated blood checking (CBC), Elctrolite, Liver Function Test, Lipid Profile, Glucose Random, Kidney functioning checking (Blood Urea Nitrogen Creatinine), haemostasis checking (PT PTT)
5. Chest X-Ray, Knee X-ray (Knee AP-Lateral)
6. Cardio-electric-wave Examination
7. Medicine: such as medicine, anesthetic, anesthetic in operation room, medicine during admission, take home medicine
8. Physical Therpy during admission
9. Medical equipment: equipment in operation room, recovery room and inpatient room
10. Arthroplasty equipment

The package excludes following fee

1. Examination and Diagnosis before admission; electromagnetic examination before diagnosis
2. In case, there is state of complications and physician agree that it is not include in the package
3. Hotel stay is overdue and follow up after treatment
4. Personal expense in the room; such as drinks, telephone bill, extra meal
5. Medicine according to consultations and other treatment

Initial Consideration Criterion

1. No state of complications such as diabetes, cardiopathy. If there is any, the package does not include.
2. No haemostasis irregularity
3. No state of HIV infection
