The package includes following fee

1. Physicians: such as surgeons, anesthetists, rehabilitation physician
2. Room for 1 night: room rate, room service, nursing, meal
3. Operation room: such as operation room, recovery room
4. Radiology diagnosis: such as chest x-ray, either knee or shoulder x-ray
5. Medicine: such as medicine, anesthetic, anesthetic in operation room, medicine during admission and take home medicine
6. Lab analysis before operation: such as CBC, Electrolyte, Anti HIV, CR, FBS
7. Cardio-electric-wave Examination for 35 years up
8. Medical equipment: such as equipment in operation room, recovery room and inpatient room; physical therapy

The package excludes following fee

1. Examination and Diagnosis before admission; MRI before diagnosis
2. In case, there is state of complications and physician agree that it is not include in the package
3. Hotel stay is overdue
4. Personal expense in the room; such as drinks, telephone bill, extra meal
5. Medicine according to consultations and other treatment
6. Other treatment for congenital disease or complications: such as infection, DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis), PE (Pulmonary Embolism)
7. Vehicle service from and to airport

Initial Consideration Criterion

1. No state of complications such as diabetes, cardiopathy. If there is any, the package does not include.
2. No haemostasis irregularity
3. No state of HIV infection

Remark

• Patients can stay at the other floor but have to absorb the different room rate, nursing, service charge and meals
