Only one payment of 5,000 Baht for membership fee, the members will get utmost warming health care service. The privileges are as follows:-

1. Get free 1 set of Value Gold Health Check Up Kit value 5,000 Baht/set or get the Examining Program (Please consult physician before the examining)
2. Room Discount 30% for inpatient only room rate (excluding delivery room, newborn baby room, meal, nursing, room service). **Get discount 7 days after application**
3. Discount 10% for inpatient on medical service (except physician fee, special equipment, special lab, special medicine, and all in one payment lists). **Get discount 7 days after application**
4. Discount 10% for outpatient on medical service (except physician fee, special equipment, special lab, special medicine, and all in one payment lists). **Outpatient gets discount immediately**
5. Discount 10% for extra examining from Chivawattana Health Check Up Program within the same day.

6. Discount 500 Baht from normal rate, 1 time on Breast examining service with special equipment such as using Digital Mammogram together with Ultrasound, stomach x-ray, Bone Densitometry, abdomen ultrasound, upper abdomen, Calcium Score.
7. Discount Coupon on physician consulting for outpatient 3 times (200 Baht each), total value 600 Baht.
8. Room discount 2 nights for inpatient, value 1,000 baht/night, total value 2,000 baht (discount only normal room rate, excluding delivery room, newborn baby room, food, care service and the other services) **Only use for medical service and health examining**
9. Discount on PET / CT Scan 1 time from normal rate, total value 30,000 Baht. Please make a reservation before service. The service will be provided at Wattanosoth Hospital at Medical Center, Bangkok Hospital (or through Referral Service of our hospital network.)
10. Discount 500 Baht for Emergency Ambulance call or Mobile CCU / Mobile ICU, 2 times, total value 1,000 Baht. The extra cost must be paid in cash. If actual cost is less than 500 Baht, the hospital will post the different amount to be a discount for the next service. The discount is excluded physician fee, equipment, care service and the other service. The transportation rate is subjected to the distance.
11. Free service on toothhealth and oral cavity checking by dentist, value 400 Baht / time, 1 time.
12. Discount on Dental:-
    1. Prosthodontics, Esthetic Dentistry, Artificial Dental Pulp (5%)
    2. Plaque Scraping and Periodontics, Paediatrics Dentistries, Filling, Dental Implants, Endodontics, and Dental Services (10%). Or the other lists according to the hospital 5-10%. All Bangkok Medical Centers and Samitivej Hospital (except Bangkok Hospital – Phuket) do not charge the special equipment, special apparatus, dental lab, special medicine and dental health.
13. Discount on Orthodontics from normal rate, 1 time, value 2,000 Baht.
14. Discount on Lasik operation from normal rate, 5,000 Baht/eye, total 10,000 Baht. Please make appointment before hand.
15. Discount on heart, and cardiovascular examining, and also Coronary Calcification with 64-slice CT Scan, from normal rate 1 time, value 3,500 Baht.
